Almond Milk Eggnog

December 3, 2018 by Phoebe

This almond milk eggnog is ice-cold and creamy. Surprisingly, it’s actually, dairy-free, too!

THM Deep S, Sugar Free, Dairy FreeEggnog has always been a favorite winter drink of mine and I’m excited to share this healthy version that is dairy-free, too. Although water and nut milk makes up the bulk of the recipe, the Almond Milk Eggnog is still very creamy and even froths up on the top after being blended.

This almond milk is ice-cold and creamy. Surprisingly, it’s actually, dairy-free, too! THM Deep S, Sugar Free, Dairy FreeThis recipe is pretty easy to make and would be a great drink to serve at a holiday event. Please make sure to check the notes section for my disclaimer about the raw egg, though! Raw eggs never bothered me, but there is risk. If you are looking for a recipe that does not use eggs, try adding a bit more pie spice and a dash of vanilla. It won’t be as creamy, but would probably still taste great!

If you crave the sugary, heavy drinks like eggnog around the holidays, I would definitely recommend giving this drink a try- it may just become one of your seasonal favorites! Also, if you are a fan of coffee, it would probably be delicious swirled in like cream.
