This chocolate strawberry sherbet is light and luscious with chocolate undertones. It is Sugar-Free, low in carbs, and a THM FP.
Apparently it’s turning into a week of frozen goodies! Just what you wanted with this chilly weather moving in, right? 😉 Don’t worry, I’ll jump back into sharing some more warming recipes starting Monday, but I had to share this recipe for chocolate strawberry sherbet first!

Needless to say it was perfect timing to publish the recipe for this strawberry sherbet even if it’s not exactly the perfect season. Personally, I love homemade shakes so much I don’t mind drinking them when it’s cold out, I just grab my fuzzy bathrobe sweatshirt and bundle up. 😛

ALL PEANUT BUTTER CUPS
To PIN this recipe, you can do so HERE:
- Heaping ½ cup strawberries
- ¾ cup water
- 2-3 teaspoons supersweet
- ¼ teaspoon glucomannan powder
- About 8 ice cubes
- ⅓ cup cottage cheese
- Scant dash of salt
- 1 Tablespoon whey powder
- ½ Tablespoon Cacao Powder
- Blend together the first set of ingredients well.
- Add the ice and pour the rest of the ingredients on top of the ice. Blend on high until all the ice is gone. The consistency should be thick like sorbet or sherbet, however feel free to freeze it for a bit, too. I put mine in the freezer for about fifteen minutes before I scooped it out to take pictures.
